摘 要:近年来,因多年重茬种植及过量使用化肥、农药,导致大蒜主产区土壤质量、鳞茎产量及品质下降的问题不断加重。该研究设置单用微生物菌剂、微生物菌剂联合复合肥及单用复合肥等3个处理,分别在大蒜鳞茎膨大前期和大蒜鳞茎膨大期施用,以不施肥浇水为对照,分析不同施肥处理对大蒜生长、鳞茎及蒜薹产量的影响。结果表明:不同施肥处理相比对照,对大蒜的生长及产量均有一定的影响,其中以微生物菌剂联合复合肥的处理效果最佳,在生长指标上,其相比于对照,除最大片叶宽增加10.84%,其他指标均增加15%以上;蒜薹产量增加22.95%,大蒜鳞茎产量增加24.97%。试验结果初步明确了微生物菌剂对大蒜生长及产量的影响,为蒜农提供了适宜的施肥方案,也为解决大蒜重茬种植的难题提供了新的研究方向。In recent years,the problems of soil quality,bulbous yield and quality in the main garlic producing area have been aggravated by repeated cropping and excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.The effects of single microbial agent,microbial agent combined with compound fertilizer and single compound fertilizer on garlic growth,bulb and garlic bolting yield were studied.The results showed that different treatments had a certain effect on the growth and yield of garlic,among which(microbial agent combined with compound fertilizer)was the best.Com-pared with the control,the maximum leaf width increased by 10.84%and the others were above 15%.Garlic bolting yield increased 22.95%and garlic bulb yield increased 24.97%.The effects of microbial agents on garlic growth and yield were preliminarily clarified,which helped garlic farmers to provide a better fertilization scheme,and also pro-vided a new research direction for solving the production problems of stubble planting.
