摘　　要：油品本身具有两方面特点,分别是易挥发和易燃,从而使其在运输过程中出现损耗,甚至有可能导致安全事故。为了能够对具体能耗展开控制,当前就需要针对管理体系部分进行优化,并积极应用不同的处理方法,贯彻精细化管理的基本理念。文章主要描述了精细化管理的主要概念,探讨了油品储运时能耗带来的危害和原因,并对于降低油品储运能耗的精细化管理方法提出了观点和看法。The oil itself has two characteristics,volatile and flammable,which may lead to loss in transportation and even lead to safety accidents.In order to control the specific energy consumption,it is necessary to optimize the part of the management system,and actively apply different processing methods to carry out the basic management.This paper mainly describes the main concepts of fine management,discusses the harm and causes of energy consumption in oil storage and transportation,and expresses some views and opinions on the fine management method of reducing energy consumption in oil storage and transportation.
