摘　　要：阐述了丁烯-1的市场情况、技术路线分类,根据MTO装置副产C4的组成特点,选择了生产丁烯-1的工艺路线,并给出了物料衡算、产品规格,及技术路线的优点。该装置的建成,可以解决煤化工企业内部使用的难题,而且提升了副产C4资源的利用价值,提高了装置的综合效益。The market situation and technical route classification of butene-1 are described.According to the composition characteristics of C4 from coal head methanol to olefin,the process route for producing butene-1 is selected.The material balance,product specifications and advantages of the technical route are given.The completion of the device can solve the problem of using butene-1,improve the utilization value of by-product C4 resources,and improve the comprehensive benefits of the device.
