摘 要:为了解生产润滑油基础油的加氢裂化技术方法,文章在简要介绍加氢裂化润滑油基础油异构脱蜡工艺、溶剂脱蜡工艺、催化脱蜡工艺的基础上,利用实验探究法,探究了不同加氢裂化脱蜡工艺对生产润滑油基础油品质的影响。最终结果得出:加氢裂化异构脱蜡工艺生产的润滑油基础油在黏度指数损失、产品收率方面均优于加氢裂化溶剂脱蜡工艺、催化脱蜡工艺生产的润滑油基础油。In order to understand the hydrocracking technology for the production of lube base oil,based on the brief introduction of isomerization dewaxing process,solvent dewaxing process and catalytic dewaxing process of hydrocracking lube base oil,the influence of different hydrocracking dewaxing processes on the quality of lube base oil was explored by using experimental method.The final results show that the viscosity index loss and product yield of lube base oil produced by hydrocracking isomerization dewaxing process are better than those produced by hydrocracking solvent dewaxing process and catalytic dewaxing process.
