化工园区中环氧乙烷的危险性分析及防范措施

摘　　要：文章针对化工园区中环氧乙烷的布局、生产、使用、储存、运输等环节的危险性进行分析,运用中国安科院CASST-QRA软件对环氧乙烷的事故后果及影响做了模拟研究,对环氧乙烷产业上下游各个环节的安全防范措施做了系统归纳,为化工园区和环氧乙烷企业的建设及管理提供参考思路。This paper analyzes the risks of the layout,production,use,storage and transportation of EO in the chemical industry park,uses CASST-QRA software of Chinese academy of safety sciences to simulate the accident consequences and effects of EO,and systematically summarizes the safety precautions of the upstream and downstream links of the EO industry,It provides reference ideas for the construction and management of chemical industry park and ethylene oxide enterprises.
