摘  要:水玻璃溶液是一种复杂的胶体,它的溶解度受温度和压力的影响。因此在水玻璃溶液的制备过程中采用最佳的压力环境和水料配比,使固体水玻璃能充分溶解就显得尤为重要。固体水玻璃作为制备水玻璃溶液的原料,如何使其充分溶解是化工生产过程中首先要考虑的问题。文章将通过实际生产实验对不同的溶解条件和水料配比进行分析比较,从而确定科学、稳定的水玻璃溶液生产条件,使水玻璃的溶解达到最理想的状态。Water glass solution is a complex colloid,its solubility is affected by temperature and pressure.Therefore,it is very important to use the best pressure environment and water material ratio to make the solid water glass dissolve fully in the process of preparation of water glass solution.Solid water glass is the raw material for the preparation of water glass solution.How to make it dissolve fully is the first problem to be considered in the process of chemical production.The paper compares the different dissolving conditions and water proportion through the actual production experiment,so as to determine the scientific and stable production conditions of water glass solution,so that the dissolution of water glass reaches the ideal state.
