摘 要:针对目前PP-R管材熔点检测遇到的一些问题,文章通过控制变量法研究了升温速率、样品质量、样品颗粒数、制样方法、样品形状等测试条件对DSC法测PP-R管材熔点的的影响,结果表明:在由DSC法测试PP-R管材熔点的过程中,PP-R的实测熔点随着升温速率、样品质量的增加而增加,随着样品颗粒数的增加而降低;采用熔指样条切样和压板打孔取样的方法制得的PP-R管材样品的熔点数据的稳定性均高于管材直接取样法;立方体状PP-R管材样品测得的熔点要高于片状和三角状样品。文章结论对规范PP-R管材质量检测具有重要指导意义。In view of some problems encountered in the melting point detection of PP-R pipes,the effects of heating rate,sample quality,sample particle number,sample preparation method,sample shape and other test conditions on the melting point detection of PP-R pipes by DSC method were studied by controlling variable method.The results show that:in the process of measuring the melting point of PP-R pipes by DSC method,the measured melting point of PP-R changes with heating rate,sample weight,sample particle number,sample preparation method,sample shape and other test conditions It increases with the increase of sample mass and decreases with the increase of sample particle number;The stability of melting point data of PP-R pipe samples prepared by melt finger spline cutting and pressing plate drilling is higher than that of pipe direct sampling;The melting point of cubic PP-R pipe samples is higher than that of flaky and triangular samples.The conclusion of this paper has important guiding significance for standardizing the quality inspection of PP-R pipes.
