摘  要:作为石化、冶金等行业的重要生产装置,空分装置的质量和应用效果受到了广泛关注,为了全面降低事故率、避免恶性爆炸,操作人员要结合其应用环境和应用条件落实更加有效的预防措施,提升综合监管的质量,维持空分设备安全生产。文章分析了空分装置主冷凝蒸发器爆炸的危害,并着重讨论了其爆炸的原因和防范措施。As an important production unit in petrochemical and Metallurgical Industries, the quality and application effect of the air separation unit have been widely concerned. In order to reduce the accident rate and avoid malignant explosion, operators should carry out more effective preventive measures according to their application environment and conditions, improve the quality of comprehensive supervision, and maintain the safety production of air separation equipment. This paper analyzes the harm of the explosion of the main condensing evaporator in an air separation unit, and emphatically discusses the cause of the explosion and the preventive measures.
