摘 要:剑阁区块当前主要开发上二叠统,该区块具有高温高压、压力系统复杂、异常高压发育、纵向上多产层等特点,当前使用的井身结构已经达到极限,对更深部地层的勘探产生限制;且完井井眼尺寸小,不能较好地满足完井及后期作业的需要。文章介绍的JT1井,设计钻探更深部的地层下二叠统,钻井难度大。本文通过分析该区块地层特点和邻井钻井情况,对井身结构进行了优化设计,实现更大尺寸套管完井,并提出了使用膨胀管技术的井身结构进一步优化的改进方向。Jiange block is mainly developed in the upper Permian,which has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure,complex pressure system,abnormal high pressure development,and multiple vertical production layers.The current wellbore structure has reached the limit,and the exploration of deeper strata is limited,and the well completion hole size is small,which can not meet the needs of well completion and later operation.The JT1 well introduced in this paper is designed to drill the lower Permian in deeper formation,which is difficult to drill.By analyzing the formation characteristics of this block and the drilling conditions of adjacent wells,the wellbore structure is optimized to achieve larger casing completion.At the same time,the further optimization direction of wellbore structure using expansion pipe technology is proposed.
