摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为前驱,浮选尾煤为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出光催化性能良好的尾煤复合TiO_(2)材料。对复合材料进行了表征,并用于光催化降解亚甲基蓝。结果表明,600℃下混晶相中锐钛矿与金红石的质量比为72:28,晶粒大小为24 nm,通过尾煤负载后,复合材料吸收波长相对于锐钛矿型TiO_(2)发生了126 nm的红移。亚甲基蓝光催化反应优化条件为TiO_(2)样品用量2 g/L,溶液pH为8,且复合材料光催化活性相比较TiO_(2)得到明显提高,降解反应速率为0.02775 min^(-1),对目标污染物去除率有显著提升。Using tetrabutyl titanate as a precursor and flotation tailing coal as a carrier,a tailing coal composite TiO_(2)material with good photocatalytic performance was prepared by a sol-gel method.The composite materials were characterized,and used for photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue.The results showed that,the mass ratio of anatase to rutile in the mixed crystal phase at 600℃was 72:28,and the grain size was 24 nm,after loading by tailing coal,the absorption wavelength of the composite material had a red shift of 126 nm relative to the anatase TiO_(2).The optimal conditions for photocatalytic reaction of methylene blue were that the amount of TiO_(2)sample was 2 g/L and the pH of the solution was 8,and compared with TiO_(2),the photocatalytic activity of the composite material was significantly improved,and the degradation reaction rate was 0.02775 min^(-1),which significantly improved the removal rate of target pollutants.
