摘 要:以亚铁氰化钠、硫酸锌为原料,在常温常压下,利用沉淀法合成了对NH_(4)^(+)具有高选择性、吸附容量大且循环性好的铵离子筛NaZn_(1.5)Fe(CN)_(6)。采用聚丙烯腈作为粘结剂将NaZn_(1.5)Fe(CN)_(6)粉体成型造粒后,将铵离子筛颗粒填柱并用于市政污水的脱铵。针对氨氮质量浓度为45 mg/L的进水,吸附柱穿透前(将产水氨氮质量浓度>1 mg/L视为穿透),产水氨氮质量浓度稳定且小于1 mg/L(达地表Ⅲ类水体标准),穿透时对氨氮的吸附容量为28 mg/g,材料可循环使用750次以上。NaZn_(1.5)Fe(CN)_(6)对于NH_(4)^(+)的选择性吸附,主要是由于铵离子筛与NH_(4)^(+)存在两种效应:一是铵离子筛孔道尺寸与NH_(4)^(+)大小共同匹配所形成的空间尺寸效应,二是NH_(4)^(+)结构中的氢原子与铵离子筛骨架中氮原子作用形成的氢键效应。The ammonium ion sieve NaZn_(1.5)Fe(CN)_(6) with high selectivity,large adsorption capacity and good circulation for NH_(4)^(+) was synthesized by precipitation method with sodium ferrocyanide and zinc sulfate as raw materials at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.NaZn_(1.5)Fe(CN)_(6)powder was pelletized by polyacrylonitrile as binder,and then the ammonium ion sieve granules were filled in the column and used for ammonium removal of municipal sewage.For the influent with an NH_(3)-N concentration of 45 mg/L,before the adsorption column penetrates(the NH_(3)-N concentration in the produced water more than 1 mg/L was considered as penetration),the NH_(3)-N concentration in the produced water is stable and less than 1 mg/L(reaching the surface classⅢwater standard),the adsorption capacity for NH_(3)-N before penetration is 28 mg/g,and the material can be recycled for more than 750 times.The selective adsorption of NH_(4)^(+) by NaZn_(1.5)Fe(CN)_(6) is mainly due to two effects of ammonium ion sieve and NH_(4)^(+):one is the spatial size effect formed by the size of the pore of ammonium ion sieve and the size of NH_(4)^(+);the other is the hydrogen bond effect formed by the interaction of hydrogen atom in NH_(4)^(+) structure and nitrogen proton in the framework of ammonium ion sieve.
