摘  要:针对抗生素类制药废水组分复杂难降解、COD高、毒性强、可生化性差等特点,采用芬顿氧化+混凝+气浮+厌氧好氧(AO+臭氧+曝气生物滤池)组合工艺对抗生素类制药废水进行处理。运行结果表明,该组合工艺对抗生素类制药废水降解性能良好,耐冲击负荷能力较强,处理效率高,运行稳定,处理出水COD、BOD_(5)、TOC、氨氮、TP和急性毒性分别为93.45、20.10、29.14、18.33、0.68和0.002 mg/L,总去除率分别达到99.36%、98.39%、99.50%、94.18%、96.24%和99.05%,各项指标均达到化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准(GB 21904-2008)。In view of the complexity,high COD,toxic and poor biodegradability of antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater,using the Fenton Oxidation+Coagulation+Air Floatation+Anaerobic Aerobic(Anoxic/Oxic+Ozone+Biological Aerated Filter)process to Treat it.The operation results showed that the process had high treatment efficiency,strong impact load resistance,stable operation and treatment for antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater.The effluent concentrations of COD,BOD5,TOC,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and acute toxicity were 93.45 mg/L,20.10 mg/L,29.14 mg/L,18.33 mg/L,0.68 mg/L and 0.002 mg/L respectively,the total removal rates reached 99.36%,98.39%,99.50%,94.18%,96.24%and 99.05%respectively.The water quality of effluent indicators could meet the Discharge standards of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chemical synthesis products category(GB 21904-2008).
