大足黑山羊与波尔山羊杂交效果初探

摘　　要：大足黑山羊是我国优秀的地方山羊品种,其多胎性能十分突出,但是生长速度较慢、成年体重小。为了提高大足黑山羊生长速度并充分利用其优良繁殖性能,以大足黑山羊为母本、以黑色波尔山羊为父本进行杂交试验,并对杂交后代体重变化与同年龄纯种大足黑山羊进行比较分析。结果表明:杂交后代1~9月龄的体重一直高于纯种大足黑山羊后代,并且杂交母羊的日增重也一直高于大足黑山羊母羊的日增重,而杂交公羊除5~6月龄和7~9月龄外,日增重一直高于大足黑山羊公羊。因此,引进波尔山羊杂交改良大足黑山羊具有一定的可行性。Dazu black goat is one of the best local goat breeds in China.It has outstanding prolificacy,but its growth rate is slow and its adult weight is light.In order to improved the growth rate of Dazu black goat and took full advantage of its prolificacy,this hybridization experiment was carried out with Dazu black goat as female parent and black boer goat as male parent and the changes of the body weight of hybrid goats and purebred Dazu black goats were analyzed and the body weights were compared between them at the same age.The results demonstrated that the body weight of hybrid goats from one to nine months old was higher than that of purebred Dazu black goats;the daily gain of hybrid ewes was higher than that of Dazu black goat;the daily gain of hybrid rams was higher than that of Dazu black goat except for 5-6 months old and 7-9 months old.Therefore,it might be feasible to improve the growth rate of Dazu black goat through crossing with boer goat.
