摘　　要：为了调查宠物门诊、饲养场及农户等不同来源犬的布鲁氏菌病感染情况,采用虎红平板凝集试验(光滑型和粗糙型)方法,对采集的犬血清进行检测,结合流行病学调查,结果表明:犬群布鲁氏菌感染总体阳性率达到8.48%,流浪犬布鲁氏菌血清阳性率高达到17.94%。说明宠物犬、饲养场犬、农户犬以及流浪犬中均存在不同程度的布鲁氏菌感染情况。In this study,sampled serums were tested by rose bengal test(smooth type and rough type)to investigate the infection situation of dog brucellosis in pet outpatient service,feeding farm and peasant household.analyzed with epidemiology survey,the results showed that sampled dogs present 8.48%positive rate of brucellosis,and the positive rate in street dogs is 17.94%.The results indicated the varying degrees of Brucella infection in pet dog,feeding farm,peasant household and street dogs.
