摘 要:钛基絮凝剂因优良的除浊脱色性能及安全无毒等优点而逐渐成为备受关注的新型水处理剂.为寻求钛基絮凝剂的最佳絮凝条件,提高絮凝效果,以硅酸钠、硫酸铝、硫酸钛为原料制备新型絮凝剂聚硅硫酸钛铝(PTAS).考察了不同原料配比下PTAS的除浊效果,并利用红外光谱和扫描电镜对絮凝剂结构进行表征.同时,通过单因素试验、正交试验及响应面试验对PTAS絮凝除浊条件进行优化.结果表明:PTAS的最佳原料配比为n(Ti+Al)∶n(Si)=1∶4、n(Ti)∶n(Al)=5∶1;静置时间对PTAS除浊效果的影响最大,然后是快搅时间、慢搅时间和pH,PTAS浓度的影响最小;浊度最佳去除条件为PTAS浓度0.6 mmol/L、pH=6.89、快搅时间4.74 min(180 r/min)、慢搅时间40 min(30 r/min)、静置时间120 min;优化条件下浊度去除率可达98.9%,余浊为0.44 NTU,满足国家饮用水水质标准GB 5749-2006要求.Titanium based flocculant has become a new type of water treatment agent due to its excellent performance of turbidity removal,decolorization and its safety and non toxicity.In order to find the best flocculation condition of titanium based flocculant and improve the flocculation effect,a novel green flocculant poly silicic titanium aluminum sulfate(PTAS)was prepared with titanium sulfate,aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate as raw materials.The turbidity removal effect of PTAS with different raw material ratio was investigated,and the structure of the PTAS was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.At the same time,the single factor test,orthogonal test and corresponding surface test were adopted to optimize the flocculation turbidity removal conditions of PTAS.The results showed that the optimal ratio of PTAS was n(Ti+Al)∶n(Si)=1∶4 and n(Ti)∶n(Al)=5∶1.The influence of standing time on turbidity removal efficiency of PTAS is the greatest,while the fast stirring time,slow stirring time,pH and PTAS concentration etc.is the least.The optimal conditions for PTAS to remove turbidity are the flocculant concentration 0.6 mmol/L,pH=6.89,fast stirring time 4.74 min(180 r/min),slow stirring time 40 min(30 r/min),and standing time 120 min.Under the optimized conditions,the turbidity removal rate can reach 98.9%and the residual turbidity is 0.44 NTU,which meets the requirements of the national drinking water quality standard GB 5749-2006。
