摘  要:在近几十年的时间内,我国经济迅猛发展,大气污染问题逐日加剧.我国政府已经充分意识到这一问题的严峻性,并制定了大量的相关政策和措施来遏制这一趋势,改善大气环境.精确监测和客观评价一个地区的大气污染情况是改善大气环境的先决条件.利用层次分析法(AHP)模型,选取SO_(2)、NO_(2)、PM_(10)三项评价因子,对迭部县2013-2017年大气环境质量及其变化进行评价.研究表明:迭部县大气环境质量在2013-2015年之间处于二级标准,在2016-2017年之间处于一级标准;迭部县大气环境质量受PM_(10)影响较大,受SO_(2)和NO_(2)的影响较小.总体来说,迭部县大气环境质量好转趋势明显,这与当地政府狠抓环保,制定相关环保政策密不可分.In recent decades,with the rapid development of economy in China,the problem of air pollution has become increasingly serious.The Chinese government has been fully aware of the seriousness of this problem,and has formulated a large number of related policies and measures to curb this trend and improve the atmosphere environment.Accurate monitoring and correct evaluation of air pollution in a specific region is a prerequisite for environmental policies making.This study used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model with three factors,SO_(2),NO_(2),and PM_(10) as inputs to assess the atmospheric environmental quality in r Diebu county from 2013 to 2017.The results indicated that(1)the atmospheric environmental quality of Diebu county was in the second class standard from 2013 to 2015;(2)the atmospheric environmental quality of Diebu county was in the first class standard from 2016 to 2017;(3)the atmospheric environmental quality of Diebu county was mainly affected by PM_(10),SO_(2) and NO_(2) is weaker effect on the result.In general,the air environment quality in Diabu County has been improving obviously,which is closely related to the local government's efforts to protect the environment and the formulation of relevant environmental protection policies.
