两汉时期雁门郡的变迁及原因  

On the Changes and Reasons of Yanmen County during the Period of Two Han Dynasties

摘　　要：从西汉到东汉,雁门郡有着显著变化,主要集中在行政区划和军事地位两大方面。首先,行政区划的变迁主要体现在郡治所的南移,所辖范围的缩小以及下辖县址向南集中等方面。其次,在军事地位上,东汉时期的雁门郡较之西汉时期有所下降,主要表现在三个方面:其一,东汉时撤销了雁门郡都尉一职;其二,东汉时战争规模变小;其三,东汉雁门郡太守的记载缺失较多。两汉间雁门郡变迁的原因,与汉匈双方实力有着密切的关系,一方面是由于东汉整体国力较弱,在处理边疆问题上较为软弱;另一方面,东汉时期的匈奴实力也在衰落。From the Western Han to the Eastern Han,Yanmen County had significant changes,mainly in the administrative division and military status.First of all,the changes of administrative divisions are mainly reflected in the southward movement of county offices,the reduction of the scope of jurisdiction and the southward concentration of the county sites under their jurisdiction.Secondly,in terms of military status,Yanmen County in the Eastern Han Dynasty decreased compared with that in the Western Han Dynasty,which was mainly reflected in three aspects.First,the commandant of Yanmen County was abolished in the Eastern Han Dynasty.Second,the scale of the war became smaller in the Eastern Han Dynasty.Third,there are many missing records of the Yanmen County magistrate in the Eastern Han Dynasty.The cause of Yanmen County change between Western Han and Eastern Han was closely related to the strength of both Han and Huns.On the one hand,the overall strength of eastern Han was weak and it was weak in dealing with border issues.On the other hand,the power of Huns also declined in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
