摘 要:为贯彻落实"学生中心、成果导向"的教学理念,关注学生的学习成果,使其顺利毕业并拿到双证,对S大学二级学院学生累计仍然不合格课程的数据进行统计分析,筛查出纳入学业预警范围的学生;对预警范围内学生的基础和不合格课程类别进行分析,结果表明:不同基础的学生都会出现学习困扰,只是原因不同;数学类、力学类和体育类课程是困扰学生并导致其学业失败的三大类课程;进而分析学困原因并提出帮扶措施。帮扶案例的转化验证了个性化的精准帮扶措施收效良好。For the purpose of carrying out the teaching concept of "student-centered and outcome-oriented education", paying attention to the students’ learning results so that they can graduate smoothly and get double certificates, the data of the students’ accumulated unqualified courses in the secondary colleges of S university are statistically analyzed, and the students included in the academic early warning are screened out. Then the students’ learning foundation and unqualified course category in the early warning range are analyzed. The results show that students with different basis will suffer from learning difficulties, but the reasons are different. Mathematics, mechanics and physical education are three kinds of courses that haunt students and lead to their academic failure.Finally, the reasons were analyzed and some helping measures were put forward. Finally, through the transformation of help cases to verify the personalized precision help measures to achieve good results. Through a case study, we knew that the effect of precise helping measures to promote one’s conversion was better.
