大学生参与“二青会”志愿服务的理性思考

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法及访谈法等方法,对大学生参与“二青会”志愿服务过程中的招募遴选、培训、基本情况、服务动机、服务态度、满意度等因素进行深入分析,发现存在诸多问题,提出了合理性的建议,旨在为大学生今后更好地参与体育赛事及其他志愿工作提供理论参考和实践依据。Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper made an in-depth analysis of the factors such as recruitment,selection,training,basic situation,service motivation,service attitude and satisfaction in college students participating process if the volunteer service in the Second Youth Games and found some problems,and put forward some reasonable suggestions in order to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for college students to better participate in sports events and other voluntary work in the future.
