船舶液压甲板机械的常见故障及维护措施研究

摘　　要：随着液压技术水平的提升,液压机械设备广泛应用于船舶甲板中,有效提升了甲板机械的运行性能。如果液压甲板机械发生故障,不仅会影响到船舶航行的安全性和稳定性,同时还可能造成海水污染,所以要做好液压甲板机械的日常维护。文章首先阐述了船舶液压甲板机械的常见故障,然后对液压甲板机械的维护措施进行分析,为延长液压设备的使用寿命以及提高船舶运行的安全性和稳定性提供参考。With the improvement of hydraulic technology,hydraulic machinery and equipment are widely used in ship decks,which effectively improve the operating performance of deck machinery.If the hydraulic deck machinery fails,it will not only affect the safety and stability of ship navigation,but also cause sea water pollution,so it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance of hydraulic deck machinery.This paper first describes the common faults of ship hydraulic deck machinery,and then analyzes the maintenance measures of hydraulic deck machinery,in order to provide reference for prolonging the service life of hydraulic equipment and improving the safety and stability of ship operation.
