摘  要:针对KIRD203818型圆柱滚子轴承磨损失效问题进行研究,通过检测分析推断出滚子脆性高、韧性低残余应力大是其疲劳磨损失效的主要原因。提出对滚子热处理工艺和轴承结构的优化方案,并对优化前后的轴承寿命损伤进行模拟仿真分析。优化后的轴承滚道最大接触应力值、损伤率有所下降,理论寿命大幅上升。疲劳寿命试验结果表明,此优化方案可在很大程度上增强轴承的承载能力,减缓轴承磨损,延长轴承实际使用寿命。In this paper,the wear failure of KIRD203818 cylindrical roller bearing is studied.Through the detection and analysis,it is concluded that high brittleness,low toughness and high residual stress are the main reasons for the fatigue wear failure of the roller.The optimization scheme of roller heat treatment process and bearing structure is put forward and the bearing life damage before and after optimization is simulated and analyzed.It is found that the maximum contact stress and damage rate of the optimized bearing raceway decrease and the theoretical life increases greatly.Finally,through the fatigue life test,it is proved that this optimization scheme can enhance the bearing capacity to a great extent,reduce the wear of the bearing and prolong the actual service life of the bearing.
