浙江纺纱企业开发喷气涡流纺新型纱线拓展应用领域探析

摘　　要：喷气涡流纺是目前一项新的纺织技术。文章分析了国内喷气涡流纺的发展情况及开发喷气涡流纺新型纱线拓展应用领域,并对浙江纺纱企业近年来利用喷气涡流纺技术,开发出色纺纱、花式纱、多功能纱、纯棉及棉涤混纺纱线以及粘胶机织物用纱等5大类新型纱线的性能特点及应用领域情况作了分析;指出开发多种喷气涡流纺新颖纱线是喷气涡流纺技术进一步发展的必要途径,并对开发喷气涡流纺新型纱线的重点技术措施进行了探析.Jet vortex spinning is a new textile technology. This paper analyzes its development situation in China and the expansion of its application fields. It also analyzes the performance characteristics and the application fields of colored spun yarn, fancy yarn, multi-function yarn, pure cotton yarn and cotton polyester blended yarn, and viscose woven yarn developed with jet vortex spinning technology by Zhejiang spinning enterprises.It is pointed out that developing various new jet vortex spinning yarns is the necessary way to further develop the technology of jet vortex spinning. The paper also discusses the key technical measures of developing new jet vortex spinning yarns.
