芦荟纤维/棉纤维混纺纱高支高密直贡缎织物开发研究

摘　　要：利用芦荟粘胶纤维和棉纤维混纺纱,开发高支高密高档直贡缎织物,根据该产品的特点,结合生产实践,加强前纺车间生产管理,改善半制品质量,提高细纱质量,同时分析络筒、整经、浆纱和织造等工序对该产品质量的影响,探讨了提高产品质量的技术措施,为进一步开发新产品提供一定的参考价值。Aloe viscose fiber and cotton fiber blended yarn is used to develop high count high density quality Zhigong satin fabrics. Based on the characteristics of the product, and combining the production practice, the production management of the preparatory spinning workshop is strengthened, the semi-product quality is improved, and the quality of the yarn is enhanced. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the influence of cheese winding,warping, slashing and weaving processes on the quality of the product and discusses the technical measures to improve the quality of products so as to provide some reference value for further new products development.
