摘　　要：广西师范大学为适应教育国际化发展的需要,在服务学校“双一流”建设过程中,创新对外合作与交流管理模式,实施国别和区域项目负责人制度,有效推动对外合作与交流工作的良性运转,提高了外事工作效率及外事干部综合素质和业务能力,助力学校教育对外开放工作。In order to meet the needs of the international development of education,Guangxi Normal University innovated the management model of external cooperation and exchanges and implemented the national and regional program coordinators,which effectively promoted foreign cooperation and exchanges in the process of serving the university’s“double first-class”construction.This mode has improved the efficiency of foreign affairs work and the overall quality and professional ability of the staff in charge of foreign affairs,and assisted the opening-up of university education.
