摘 要:由于社会以及历史等诸多主客观因素的影响,高职生在入学成绩、自我情绪调控和学习方法等多方面要明确弱于本科生,并且在毕业以后面对社会的认可度也并不高,同时在毕业以后也承受着更为复杂的心理压力。因此本文针对高职学生在学习和生活中所出现的不同问题为出发点,依据心理状态的不同可以分为“点、线、面”,根据心理不同维度的学生,立足于事实以及学生的个人状况开展心理健康教育模式探讨。Because of the society and the influence of many subjective and objective factors,such as history,higher vocational students in entrance scores self emotion regulation and method of study to be weaker than undergraduate students in many aspects,and after graduation in the face of social recognition is not high,at the same time are also under more complicated psychological pressure after graduation so this article in view of the higher vocational students in learning and life as the starting point of the different problems,according to the different mental state can be divided into that of point,line and plane according to different dimensions of the students psychological,based on the facts and the mental health education model to investigate the personal status of students.
