摘 要:目的检测东乡族人群血管紧张素原(AGT)基因M235T、T174M位点多态性,并研究其与原发性高血压(EH)的相关性。方法选择296例EH患者及323例健康人为研究对象,分别为EH组和对照组。通过SNaPshot微测序技术测定其基因型和等位基因,对比在2组人群中的频率分布。结果AGT基因M235T、T174M多态性的基因型和等位基因频率在EH组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别人群之间差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论AGT基因M235T、T174M多态性与东乡族人群原发性高血压无相关性。Objective To investigate into the M235T,T174M polymorphisms of angiotensinogen(AGT)gene and association with essential hypertension(EH)in Dongxiang population.Methods A total of 296 patients with EH and 323 normotensive healthy individuals were enrolled in this study.The genotypes and alleles of the M235T and T174M of AGT were determined by SNaPshot micro-sequencing technology,and the frequen-cy distribution in two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency of M235T and T174M polymorphisms between EH patients and normotensive controls(P>0.05),and neither significant difference between the males and the females(P>0.05).Conclusion There was no correlation between AGT gene M235T and T174M polymorphisms and EH in Dongxiang population.
