摘　　要：[目的]探讨前清蛋白和重症肺炎支原体肺炎儿童病情程度的关系。[方法]选取2018年2月至2020年2月某医院救治的100例重症肺炎支原体肺炎儿童为研究对象。依据前清蛋白的水平,将所选患儿分为前清蛋白≤14.16 g/L组(33例),前清蛋白>14.16 g/L组(67例)。两组患者同时检测前清蛋白的水平,然后分析重症肺炎支原体肺炎儿童的病情与前清蛋白水平的关系。[结果]前清蛋白≤14.16 g/L组患儿住院时间>10 d的比率、机械通气、小儿危重评分<80分的比例及PRISMIII预估死亡率均明显高于前清蛋白>14.16 g/L组患儿。[结论]血浆前清蛋白的水平能反映重症肺炎支原体肺炎儿童病情的严重程度,前清蛋白的水平对重症肺炎支原体肺炎儿童的预后有一定的预测价值,值得在临床工作中进行大力的推广及应用。[Objective]To explore the relationship between prealbumin and severity of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.[Methods]A total of 100 children with severe mycoplas⁃ma pneumoniae who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2018 to Februorg-2020 were selected as study subjects.The selected children were divided into prealbumin≤14.16 g/L group 33 cases and prealbumin>14.16 g/L group 67 cases according to the serum prealbumin level.Serum prealbumin levels were measured in both groups at the same time and then the relationship between prealbumin aqua and the condition of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia was analyzed.[Results]The radio of hospitalization time>for 10 days mechanical ventiatilation pediatirc critical care score<80 points and PRISMⅢestimated mortality were significantly higher in the group with prealbumin≤14.16 g/L than those in the group with prealbumin>14.16 g/L.[Conclusion]The level of plasma prealbumin can reflect the severity of children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.The level of prealbumin has a certain predictive value for the prognosis of children with severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia which is worthy of application in clinical work.
