摘　　要：旅浙徽属保商公会是清末徽商在浙江省建立的同乡组织,一直以来未曾被学术界关注。不同于一般的会馆和同乡会,旅浙徽属保商公会试图定位为商会组织,以维护旅浙徽商之权益,并能够在新安江上征收厘捐,组织武装巡船,以保障旅外徽商的行旅安全。There is a Huizhou merchant association in Zhejiang Province in the late Qing Dynasty,which has not been paid attention to by academic circles.Different from the general guilds and fellow townsmen’s associations,this association tried to position itself as a chamber of commerce to protect the rights and interests of merchants in Zhejiang Province,collect taxes along Xin’an River and organize armed patrol ships to ensure the safety of merchants in Zhejiang Province.
