硫酸镁结合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探究硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠期高血压的效果及安全性。方法:将我院起始于2019年4月至2020年9月纳入治疗妊娠期高血压患者76例,通过随机抽样填表法分为两组,每组均纳入38例患者。参照组给予硫酸镁治疗;试验组给予硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗。比较两组血压水平、不良反应发生情况及临床治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后舒张压及收缩压水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,且不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压给予硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗的效果明显,可有效降低血压水平,提升临床疗效,且安全性较高,值得应用推广。Objective:To explore the effect and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy.Methods:76 patients with hypertension during pregnancy were enrolled in our hospital from the end of April 2019 to September 2020,and they were divided into two groups by random sampling and filling in the form.Each group included 38 patients.The reference group was given magnesium sulfate treatment;the test group was given magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin treatment.The blood pressure levels,adverse reactions and clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the reference group Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of magnesium sulfate combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy is significant,which can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve clinical efficacy,and has high safety,worthy of application promotion.
