克拉霉素联合布地奈德混悬剂治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效及可行性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析克拉霉素联合布地奈德混悬剂治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿的临床疗效及可行性。方法:2016年6月-2019年12月收治慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿137例,随机分为两组。观察组接受克拉霉素联合布地奈德混悬剂治疗,对照组接受克拉霉素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后脓涕、鼻塞、嗅觉障碍等临床病症评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿克拉霉素联合布地奈德混悬剂治疗,可能改善鼻窦炎症,缓解脓涕等临床病症,有效控制患儿病情发展速度。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and feasibility of clarithromycin combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:From June 2016 to December 2019,137 children with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received clarithromycin combined with budesonide suspension treatment.The control group received clarithromycin treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms such as purulent discharge,nasal obstruction and olfactory dysfunction were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clarithromycin combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of children with chronic rhinosinusitis can improve sinusitis,relieve clinical symptoms such as purulent discharge,and effectively control the development speed of children's disease.
