摘　　要：目的:对比两种治疗手段对桡骨远端骨折患者的应用效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治桡骨远端骨折患者160例,随机分为两组,各80例。试验组通过手法复位小夹板固定治疗;对照组通过“T”形钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率及腕关节恢复优良率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位小夹板固定在桡骨远端骨折患者治疗过程中的应用效果优于“T”形钢板内固定术,其在提高治疗总有效率及腕关节恢复优良率、加快患者康复进程、降低并发症发生率方面有着较为突出的作用。Objective:To compare the application effects of two treatments methods on patients with distal radius fractures.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,160 cases of patients with distal radius fracture were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization.The control group was treated with T-shaped plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the excellent rate of wrist joint recovery in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization in the treatment of distal radius fracture is significantly better than T-shaped plate internal fixation,which has a more prominent role in improving the total effective rate and excellent rate of wrist joint recovery,accelerating the rehabilitation process of patients and reducing the probability of complications.
