产钳助产在第二产程异常产妇中的应用效果及对母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨产钳助产应用于第二产程异常产妇分娩过程中的效果并分析对母婴结局的影响。方法:2016年2月-2018年9月收治分娩第二产程异常的产妇42例,分为两组。试验组采取产钳助产分娩;对照组采用急诊剖宫产分娩。观察两组产妇分娩时间、产妇并发症发生率及新生儿情况。结果:试验组产妇平均分娩时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产妇并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组新生儿重度窒息发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在第二产程异常产妇的后续分娩过程中,应用产钳助产的产程进展快速,产妇及新生儿并发症发生率低,安全有效。Objective:To explore the effect of obstetric forceps assisted delivery in the delivery of women with abnormal second stage of labor and to analyze the effect on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:From February 2016 to September 2018,42 women with abnormal second stage of labor were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The experimental group was delivered by forceps.The control group was delivered by emergency cesarean section.We observed the delivery time,the incidence of maternal complications and the status of newborns in the two groups.Results:The average delivery time of women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of severe neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the follow-up delivery process of women with abnormal second stage of labor,the application of obstetric forceps to assist the delivery process progresses rapidly,the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications is low,and it is safe and effective.
