摘　　要：目的:探讨迈瑞BC-5D全血质控物的性能验证及临床应用。方法:本次研究选用迈瑞BC-5D全血质控物、新健康成全血质控物,在血球计数仪迈瑞5180和日本sysmexxs XN-1000进行稳定性和均匀性研究分析。两台仪器参加全国临床检验室间质量评价系统提供的室间质评(临检中心),以偏倚作为比较。结果:排除干扰因素,两种不同品牌质控物在不同血液分析仪上进行检测,迈瑞BC-5D全血质控物与新健康成全血质控物在均一性和稳定性方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中质控物表示血细胞比容、血小板计数项目相对其他项目最早出现结果偏高,可以作为质控品稳定性差的最敏感指标。结论:迈瑞BC-5D全血质控物的临床效果好,对比新健康成全血质控物,其性能更加稳定,与临检中心结果十分接近,建议予以研究分析后推广。Objective:To explore the performance verification and clinical application of Mindray BC-5D whole blood quality control substance.Methods:In this study,the Mindray BC-5D whole blood quality control material and the new healthy whole blood quality control material were selected,and the stability and uniformity of the blood cell counter Mindray 5180 and Japanese sysmexxs XN-1000 were studied and analyzed.The two instruments participated in the external quality evaluation(clinical inspection center)provided by the National Clinical Laboratory Quality Evaluation System,and the bias was used as a comparison.Results:Excluding interference factors,two quality control substances of different brands were tested on different hematology analyzers,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,quality control objects indicate that HCT and PLT projects have relatively higher results than other projects,and can be used as the most sensitive indicator of poor stability of quality control products.Conclusion:Mindray BC-5D whole blood quality control substance has a good clinical effect.Compared with the new healthy whole blood quality control substance,its performance is more stable,and it is very close to the results of the clinical examination center.It is recommended to be researched and analyzed before promotion.
