摘　　要：目的:探究不同免疫检验在抗艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测中的应用结果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年10月确诊的HIV感染患者55例,分别采用HIV核酸定量检测法、金免疫层析试验法和ELISA检测法对所有患者的血清标本进行检测。比较三种检测法的HIV检出率,分析三种检测法的准确性、灵敏度和特异度。结果:ELISA检测法的阳性检出率高于其他两种检测法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ELISA检测法的准确性、灵敏度和特异度均高于HIV核酸定量检测法和金免疫层析试验法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ELISA检测法在抗HIV检测中的应用效果好,准确性、灵敏度及特异度均较高,阳性检出率高达100%。Objective:To explore the application results of different immune tests in anti-HIV test.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2020,55 cases of HIV patients who confirmed in hospital were enrolled,their serum samples were tested by HIV nucleic acid quantification,gold immunochromatography and ELISA testing,respectively.The HIV detection rates of the three detection methods were compared,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the three detection methods were analyzed.Results:The positive detection rate of ELISA test was significantly higher than the other two detection methods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ELISA testing were higher than HIV nucleic acid quantitative detection and gold immunotomography,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ELISA detection method has the best application effect in anti-HIV detection,with high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and the positive detection rate is as high as 100%.
