摘　　要：目的:探讨护理流程再造对重症监护病房(ICU)机械通气患者并发症及护理质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年1月ICU机械通气患者65例,作为对照组,给予常规护理流程。选取2019年1-7月ICU机械通气患者65例,作为观察组,给予护理流程再造,包含临床护理路径再造、流程再造及持续性质量改进。比较两组患者并发症情况及护理质量。结果:观察组患者呼吸机相关肺炎、肺不张、声门水肿、气管坏死、口腔溃疡的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组物理环境、躯体感知、情感支持、心理感受、护理实践等维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者机械通气时间、ICU入住时间及平均住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理流程再造能够减少ICU机械通气患者并发症发生率,提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing process reengineering on complications and nursing quality of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2019,65 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were selected as the control group.They were given routine care.From January to July in 2019,65 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were selected as the observation group.The observation group was given nursing process reengineering,including clinical nursing path reengineering,process reengineering and continuous quality improvement.We compared the complications and nursing quality of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,atelectasis,glottic edema,tracheal necrosis and oral ulcer were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of physical environment,body perception,emotional support,psychological feeling and nursing practice were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the time of mechanical ventilation,ICU stay and average hospital stay were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing process reengineering can reduce the incidence of complications in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation and improve the quality of nursing.
