我国居家护理研究热点和前沿的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我国居家护理研究热点和前沿,并为该领域的后续研究提供参考。方法:检索2010-2020年中国知网数据库中主题为居家护理的文献,应用Citespace软件对纳入文献进行分析。结果:共纳入806篇文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势,机构间合作较少。高频关键词有居家护理、老年人、生活质量、延续性护理和护理需求等,突现词有老年人、居家护理平台和居家自我护理等。结论:近10年国内居家护理领域相关研究呈增长趋势,研究热点是老年群体居家护理、居家护理需求和居家护理模式,研究前沿是居家护理平台和居家自我护理。Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of home care in China,and to provide reference for the follow-up research in this field.Methods:Literatures on home care in CNKI database from 2010 to 2020 were retrieved and analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 806 papers were included,and annual volume of papers issued is on the rise in general,there was less inter agency cooperation.High frequency keywords included home care,the elderly,quality of life,continuity of care and care needs,prominent words included the elderly,home care platform and home self-care.Conclusion:In recent 10 years,the domestic research on home care has shown an increasing trend,the research focus is home care for the elderly,home care needs and home care mode,and the research frontier is home care platform and home self-care.
