预见性护理在手术室麻醉护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理对手术室麻醉护理效果的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年5月接受手术治疗的患者106例,随机分为两组,各53例。观察组给予预见性护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率及躁动发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉期间的呼吸频率、收缩压及舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术患者接受麻醉的过程中实施预见性护理,可以有效减少风险因素的干扰,提高麻醉质量,为手术安全顺利进行提供基础保障。Objective:To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the nursing effect of anesthesia in the operating room.Methods:From April 2019 to May 2020,106 patients who underwent surgical treatment were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 53 cases in each group.The observation group was given predictive care.The control group was given routine care.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications and restlessness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The respiratory frequency,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group during anesthesia were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score after nursing in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of predictive care during surgery patients receiving anesthesia can effectively reduce the interference of risk factors,improve the quality of anesthesia,and provide a basic guarantee for the safe and smooth operation of the operation.
