综合性护理保健对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的干预价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性护理保健对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的干预价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年12月收治老年糖尿病合并高血压患者52例,随机分为两组,各26例。参照组给予常规护理保健;研究组给予综合性护理保健。比较两组患者血压、血糖以及用药依从性。结果:研究组护理后血糖及血压均低于参照组,用药依从性高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者实施综合性护理保健,可有效提高患者用药依从率,维持良好的血糖及血压水平。Objective:To explore the value of nursing and health care in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods:From February 2018 to December 2019,52 cases of elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing and health care.The study group was given comprehensive nursing and health care.The blood pressure level,blood sugar level and drug compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose and blood pressure levels of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the medication compliance rate was higher than that of the reference group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing and health care for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension can effectively improve the compliance rate of medication and maintain blood sugar and blood pressure level.
