中医规范化管理对社区高血压患者生命质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中医规范化管理对社区高血压患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7-12月社区高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予针对性生活方式指导、用药指导及健康教育;试验组给予中医个性化干预,根据体质状况进行中医健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组干预24周后的收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预24周后的躯体功能、肌体疼痛、健康状况、躯体角色、生活力、情感角色及心理健康评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医规范化管理可降低社区高血压患者的血压水平,改善生存质量。Objective:To evaluate the effect of the standardized management of TCM on the quality of life of hypertensive people in community.Methods:From July to December 2019,80 cases of patients with hypertension in the community were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given targeted lifestyle guidance,medication guidance and health education.The experimental group received personalized intervention of traditional Chinese medicine and carried out health education of traditional Chinese medicine according to the physical conditions.The intervention effects between two groups was compared.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the experimental group after 24 weeks of intervention were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical function,body pain,health status,physical role,vitality,emotional role and mental health scores of the experimental group after 24 weeks of intervention were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized management of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce blood pressure and improve the quality of life of hypertensive people.
