台湾历史建筑保护活化经验及其启示--以台湾“老房子文化运动”为例

摘　　要：【目的/意义】在大陆实施乡村振兴战略背景下,研究我国台湾地区“老房子文化运动”,可为大陆保护乡土建筑文化遗产提供经验与借鉴。【方法/过程】运用案例分析法,梳理台湾历史建筑保护过程,并着重以台湾“老房子文化运动”为例总结历史建筑保护活化的成功经验。【结果/结论】在拯救农村老屋实施乡村振兴的过程中,政府应扮演引导角色,激发民间活力,注重老屋修复活化再利用,才能真正赋予历史建筑新的时代内涵,从而更好得保护文化遗产。【Objective/Meaning】Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Chinese mainland,the study of the“old house cultural movement”in Taiwan region can provide experience and reference for the protection of the cultural heritage of vernacular architecture in the Chinese mainland.【Methods/Procedures】By using the case analysis method,the protection process of historical buildings in Taiwan was sorted out,and the successful experience of historical building protection and activation was summarized by focusing on the“old house cultural movement”as an example.【Results/Conclusions】In the process of saving the old rural houses and implementing the rural revitalization,the government should play a guiding role,stimulate the vitality of the people,and pay attention to the restoration and re-use of old houses,so as to truly give new times connotation to the historical buildings,and better protect the cultural heritage.
