摘  要:在锅炉吹灰器运行过程中,由于吹灰器的运行时间较长,损耗较多,对锅炉运行效率提升造成了影响。空预器、长吹灰器吹灰时,炉膛吹灰器不能根据水冷壁结焦情况灵活吹灰,水冷壁焦量大或大焦块掉落易造成干渣机跳停。针对此种情况,对炉膛吹灰器进行汽源改造至关重要。文章通过分析锅炉吹灰器的汽源改造,以期提升锅炉运行的经济效益。During the operation of the boiler soot blower,the operation time of the soot blower is long and the loss is large,which has an impact on the improvement of the boiler operation efficiency.When air preheater and long soot blower blow soot,the furnace soot blower cannot flexibly blow soot according to the coking condition of the water wall.Large amount of coke on the water wall or the falling of large coke blocks may cause the dry slag machine to trip.In view of this situation,it is very important to reform the steam source of the furnace sootblower.This article analyzes the steam source transformation of the boiler soot blower in order to improve the economic benefits of the boiler operation.
