摘  要:上海汽轮机厂生产的ND83/83/07-1型6 MW给水泵汽轮机生产于20世纪90年代初,投入运行后多次出现交流油泵切换时给水泵汽轮机跳闸事故,严重影响发电机组的运行安全。文章通过分析华能阳逻电厂300 MW机组给水泵汽轮机油系统,研究造成给水泵汽轮机跳闸的原因,提出解决方案,以提升给水泵汽轮机的安全运行水平,对发电企业给水泵汽轮机组油系统故障解决具有参考意义。The ND83/83/07-16 MW Main feed pump turbine produced by Shanghai Turbine Factory was produced in the early 1990s.After it was put into operation,there were multiple tripping accidents of the Main feed pump turbine when the AC oil pump was switched,which seriously affected the safety of the generator set.Based on the Main feed pump turbine oil system of the 300 MW unit of Huaneng Yangluo Power Plant,this paper analyzes the reasons for the tripping of the Main feed pump turbine,and proposes a modification scheme of adding a set of accumulator components to the Main feed pump turbine lubricating oil main pipe to ensure the safe operation of the Main feed pump turbine.This scheme has certain reference significance for solving oil system faults of the Main feed pump turbine unit in power generation enterprises.
