摘　　要：为了实现多项目数据的二三维可视化展现,为后续工程项目成果接入奠定基础,从而打造山东院对外宣传平台,提升山东院品牌形象,能够将实景监控、环境监测等传感设施数据与三维模型进行集成与展示,为智慧工地建设奠定实践基础,文章对基于三维GIS工程项目数字化管理关键技术进行了总结和分析。In order to realize the two-dimensional visualization of multi-project data,lay the foundation for the access of subsequent project achievements,so as to build the external publicity platform of Shandong Academy and enhance the brand image of Shandong Academy.It can integrate and display the data of live monitoring,environmental monitoring and other sensing facilities with three-dimensional models,so as to lay a practical foundation for the construction of intelligent construction site.Based on this,the key technologies of digital management based on three-dimensional GIS engineering projects are summarized and analyzed.
