摘　　要：文章对交流与直流输配电的优缺点进行了比较,介绍了轨道交通直流电力电缆近年来的发展趋势以及用户对轨道交通用直流电力电缆提出的新的要求,介绍了金杯电工衡阳电缆有限公司轨道交通用直流交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的结构设计和材料选型依据,并阐述了生产过程中的关键工艺控制。This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of AC and DC power transmission and distribution,and introduces the development trend of DC power cables for rail transit in recent years and the new requirements of users for DC power cables for rail transit.The structure design and material selection basis of the DC XLPE insulated power cable used in our rail transit are introduced,and the key process control in the production process is explained.
