摘  要:通过全面了解国内外高速铁路联调联试领域技术发展现状与特点,建立了高速铁路联调联试领域的认可评价关键指标体系及认可评审工作程序。通过梳理高速铁路系统试验国家工程实验室质量体系建立、中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)认可经历和取得的成果,表明该实验室通过认证认可提升了检验检测能力,减少了质量风险,并促进了中国铁路装备质量的国际互认。Through a comprehensive understanding of the current status and characteristics of technology development in the field of high-speed railway joint debugging and testing at home and abroad,in the field of highspeed railway joint debugging and testing,a key index system for accreditation and evaluation and a work procedure for accreditation were established.By expounding in detail the establishment of the quality system of the National Engineering Laboratory for High Speed Railway System Test of China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co.,Ltd.,and the CNAS accreditation experience and achievements,etc.,it shows that the laboratory's certification and accreditation has improved its inspection and testing capabilities,reduced quality risks,and promoted China International mutual recognition of railway equipment quality.
