摘 要:利用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS法对黑骨藤进行定性分析,从乙酸乙酯片段和V(乙酸乙酯)∶V(甲醇)=1∶1片段中共分离出10种化合物.此外,首次建立黑骨藤中4种绿原酸的单标记多组分定量分析方法(QAMS),并对其有效性进行了系统评价.以隐绿原酸为内标物,在不同色谱条件下,该成分与其他3种组分的相对校正因子具有良好的重现性.通过比较QAMS法和外标法的结果,未发现显著差异(P>0.05,相关系数R>0.9993,相对误差δ<4.65%,相对标准偏差RSD<3.37%).A reliable UPLC-Q-TOF-MS method was constructed for the identifications of the main components in HLG and a total of ten compounds were separated from the ethyl acetate fragment and the ethyl acetate:methanol=1∶1(volume ratio)fragment.In addition,a QAMS(Quantitative Analysis of Multi-components by Single Marker)method was firstly established for simultaneous determinations of 4 chlorogenic acids in HLG and the validation of this method was systematically evaluated.4-caffeoylquinic acid was cho-sen as the internal reference substance and the assessment results showed that the relative correction factors(RCFs,f)between 4-caffeoylquinic acid and the other three components displayed good reproducibilities under different chromatographic conditions.By comparing the results of the QAMS method and those of the external standard method(ESM),no significant differences were observed(P>0.05,correlation coefficient>0.9999,relative error<4.65%,and RSD<3.37%).
