三七血竭胶囊口服用于混合痔术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察三七血竭胶囊口服治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效,将326例混合痔术后患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各163例。治疗组术后口服三七血竭胶囊治疗,对照组口服云南白药胶囊治疗。观察术后2组创面渗血、大便带血、疼痛及水肿情况。结果显示,两组在肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿评分方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但术后第4、7和10天,治疗组便血评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第4、7、10和14天,治疗组创面渗血评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,三七血竭胶囊口服可有效预防疗混合痔术后出血,且用药安全,疗效良好。This study was to observe the clinical effect of orally administering sanqi draconis resin capsule(shortly named as capsule)after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids,326patients with mixed hemorrhoids who had received surgery were randomly divided into treatment group(163cases,after surgery,administering capsule)and control group(163cases,Yunan baiyao capsule);then,observed and compared both groups'status on postoperative wound-surface oozing of blood,bleeding at stool,pain,and edema.As results,in the score ratings on anal pain and edema there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,in hematochezia ratings on the 4,7,and 10th day after surgery,and at the same time-points in wound-surface oozing of blood treatment group was all significantly lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that capsule can effectively prevent postoperative bleeding of mixed hemorrhoids,and the medication is safe,as well as has good effect.
