甲硝唑联合肛泰栓治疗混合痔PPH术后肛门坠胀45例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨甲硝唑液灌肠联合肛泰栓纳肛治疗混合痔PPH术后肛门坠胀的效果,选取90例混合痔PPH术后患者,采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组术后采用甲硝唑液灌肠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合肛泰栓纳肛治疗。比较2组肛门坠胀、肛周水肿和疼痛程度。结果显示,2组治疗后疼痛、肛门坠胀、肛周水肿评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,混合痔PPH术后应用甲硝唑液灌肠联合肛泰栓纳肛治疗,可有效改善肛门坠胀及肛周水肿情况,减轻术后疼痛,加速患者恢复,具有较高临床应用价值。In order to investigate the effect of metronidazole enema combined with Gangtai suppository in the treatment of anal tenesmus after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids,90patients with mixed hemorrhoids after PPH operation were selected and divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole enema,and the observation group was treated with Gangtai suppository on the basis of the control group;then the anal tenesmus,perianal e-dema and pain were compared between the two groups.As results,the scores rating on pain,anal te-nesmus and perianal edema in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were more lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results show that the application of metronidazole enema combined with Gangtai suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after PPH can effectively improve anal tenesmus and perianal edema,re-duce postoperative pain,and accelerate the recovery of patients,which has high clinical application value.
