RPH与传统痔手术治疗中老年糖尿病痔疮的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析比较RPH与传统痔手术对中老年糖尿病痔疮患者实施临床诊治产生的作用及影响。方法该研究2019年11月—2020年11月间共纳入80例研究对象,遵照单双号分组的原则将患者平均分入两组,其中一组命名为传统组,接受传统痔手术治疗,组内共计40例,另一组命名为观察组,接受RPH治疗,组内同样共计40例,针对两组治疗效果展开分析与比较。结果观察组胰岛素水平与传统组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但手术后空腹血糖以及胰岛素敏感性较传统组显著更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间、手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均明显较传统组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对组间并发症发生率进行比较,观察组显著低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统痔手术产生的治疗效果相比,RPH的应用能够对中老年糖尿病痔疮患者诊治效果产生积极作用,且对患者血糖水平产生的影响相对更小,应用价值显著。Objective To analyze and compare the effects and effects of RPH and traditional hemorrhoid surgery on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of middle-aged and elderly diabetic hemorrhoids.Methods Atotal of 80 subjects were included in the study from Norember 2019 to November 2020,the patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of odd and even number grouping,one of which was named the traditional group,receiving traditional hemorrhoid surgery,a total of 40 cases in the group,the other group named as the observation group,receiving RPH treatment,there were also a total of 40 cases in the group,the treatment effect of the two groups will be analyzed and compared.Results Bbetween the observation group's insulin level and the traditional group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but after surgery the fasting blood glucose and insulin sensitivity were significantly lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's wound healing time,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay,all were significantly lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the incidence of complications between the groups,the observation group was significantly lower than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the therapeutic effect produced by traditional hemorrhoid surgery,the application of RPH can have a positive effect on the diagnosis and treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetic hemorrhoids,and has a relatively smaller impact on the blood glucose level of patients.The application value is significant and suitable for vigorous promotion.
