宫颈癌并糖尿病患者同步放疗化疗的优质护理干预对改善患者生活质量的价值分析

摘　　要：目的体会对接受同步放疗化疗的宫颈癌并糖尿病患者开展优质护理干预的价值。方法遵从“平衡序贯法”分组,择该院2018年2月—2019年12月内宫颈癌并糖尿病患者52例进行研究,给予同步放疗化疗,后将其分为对照组(24例,常规护理)和观察组(28例,优质护理干预);观察血糖水平、心理状态以及生活质量。结果护理后观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.142、8.907、6.325,P<0.05)。观察组焦虑、抑郁评分较低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.992、12.131,P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能、活力、心理卫生等生活质量各指标评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.800、4.318、4.528、5.502、2.933、5.560、9.133、8.414,P<0.05)。结论对接受同步放疗化疗的宫颈癌并糖尿病患者开展临床护理,建议采纳优质护理干预方案,可有效改善患者内心状态并提升生活质量。Objective To understand the value of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with cervical cancer and diabetes who have received concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods According to the"balanced sequential method"grouping,52 patients with cervical cancer and diabetes in the hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected for research.They were given concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and then they were divided into a control group(24 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(28 cases,high-quality nursing intervention);observed blood glucose levels,psychological status and quality of life.Results After nursing,the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.1428.907,6.325,P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.992,12.131,P<0.05).The scores of the physical function,vitality,mental health and other quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.800,4.318,4.528,5.502,2.933,5.560,9.133,8.414,P<0.05).Conclusion To carry out clinical nursing for patients with cervical cancer and diabetes who have received concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,it is recommended to adopt a high-quality nursing intervention plan,which can effectively improve the patient's inner state and improve the quality of life.
